IICT Steno & MTS 2025 - Vacancies Info:
In this Recruitment, There a 2 type of Job posts:
1. Junior Stenographer (JST01)
- No. of posts: 01
- Reservation: (ST Category)
2. Multi Tasking Staff (MTS02)
- No. of posts: 08 (ST Category)
- Reservation: UR-03, EWS-01, OBC-02, SC-01, ST-01.
Qualification:
1. Junior Stenographer (JST01)
- Min. Educational Qualification: 10+2 (Intermediate or its Equivalent).
- Proficiency in Stenography (Speed of 80 w.p.m in English/Hindi.
- Requirement/Nature of Job: To provide Secretarial/Stenographic assistance/typing or any other official work assigned by the higer authority.
2. Multi Tasking Staff (MTS02)
- Min. Educational Qualification: 10 Class pass
- Desirable: Intermediate (12th class) Pass and Experience in the relevant area of work.
- Nature of work: Physical maintenance of records, Photocopying, Sending fax, Carrying files & documents to other sections.
Note: Here in MTS, 3 types of field areas are there, Namely:
- MTS-Office Maintenance
- MTS-Hospitality Services
- MTS-Horticulture/House Keeping.
Nature of work changes as per the type of job post field as mentioned above. So, choose according your interest.
Age Limit - IICT MTS & Steno Posts
- For Stenographer: As on Sep 12 2025, Upper age limit not exceeding 27yr.
- For MTS: Max. 25 yr.
- For ST, SC, OBC’s Age relaxation will be applicable as per the Central govt. rules.
Salaries & Other Benefits:
- Steno: Level-4 Pay Matrix (Approx. Monthly₹52,755/-
- MTS: Level-4 Pay Matrix (Approx. Monthly₹35,393/-

Exam Pattern for IICT Stenographer & MTS jobs
Jr. Steno Exam:
- Total no. of questions: 200 | 200 marks.
- General Intelligence & Reasoning – 50Q/50M
- General Awareness -50Q/50M
- English Language – 100Q/100M
- Every wrong answer – 0.25 mark deducted.
- Time: 2 hrs.
MTS Exam:
- Total no of questions: 150 | 400 marks.
- 4 Subjects:
- General Intelligence – 25Q | 75M
- General Aptitude – 25Q | 75M
- General Awareness – 50Q | 150M
- English Language – 50Q | 150M
- Mode of exam: OMR based.
- Wrong Answer – 1 Negative mark deducted.
Correct Answer – 3 Marks - Time: 2 hours.
Selection Process for IICT Hyderabad Notification 2025
Junior Stenographer:
- Proficiency test in Stenography – Qualifying nature only.
- Competitive written examination – Merit
Multi Tasking Staff:
- Trade test – Compulsory
- Competitive written examination.
