SSC CHSL Recruitment 2025: Notification released on June with huge 3131 Vacancies for posts; Lower Division Clerk & Data Entry Operation with minimum 12th standard Qualification. Read all the Important dates, exams info, age limits, etc., in detail.
Application & Exam Dates:
- Notification released: June 23th 2025.
- Application Last Date: July 18th 2025.
- Fee Payment Date: July 19th 2025.
- Correction Window: July 23, 24.
- Tier -1 CBT: Sep 8th to 18th 2025
- Tier -2 CBT: Feb to March in 2026.
Qualification:
– 12th Pass is compulsory from a recognized board or equivalent.
– For applying to Data Entry Operator Posts, Maths is Compulsory in Intermediate.
Age Limit:
As on Jan 1 2026, Age should be 18 to 27.
For ST, SC, OBC’s Age relaxation will be applicable.
Vacancies Info:
– Lower Division Clerk (LDC) / Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA)
– Data Entry Operator (DEO)
Salaries & Other Benefits:
- LDC/JSA: Level-2 Pay – ₹19,900 to ₹63,200.
- DEO: Level-4 Pay or Level 5 Pay – ₹25,500 to ₹92,300.
Apart from Salary, Benefits: HRA, TA, DA, Medical, Pension, etc.
Exam Procedure:
For SSC Clerk & DEO there will be 2 exams namely: Tier I CBT and Tier II CBT for both the posts. Skill Test is only for Data Entry Operator only (Typing).
1. Tier-I (CBT) with Objective type MCQ pattern.

- Go to Apply option.
- Click on CHSL Notification and Fill all the required details and Upload Live photo, Signature document steps according to instructions given.
- Pay Application fee.
- Submit and take a print.
