SSC MTS Recruitment 2025:

This Year, Means 2025-26 related SSC Board has released a Notification on 26 June. For Havaldar Posts are stated clearly about 1075 vacancies. On the other MTS Posts are not yet declared, but it will be disclosed sooner.
Who all can Apply for jobs?
Qualification:
Only 10th Class passed in enough to apply for jobs.
Age Limit:
MTS Posts: 18 to 25 years.
Havaldar Posts: 18 to 27 years.
Age relaxations:
SC/ST – 5 years
OBC – 3 Years
PwD (OC) – 10 years
PwD (OBC) – 13 years
PwD (SC/ST) – 15 years
Ex-Servicemen –
Age relaxations:
Nationality: All Indian Citizenship are eligible and some other Countries like Nepal, Bhutan, etc. also has a chance to apply but, with some conditions.

How the Exam will be?
For SSC MTS & Havaldar has a written test (CBT), Also PET/PST tests for only Havaldar posts.
Paper – 1 (Computer Based Test)
This will be in Objective type MCQ pattern. (Conducted In 2 Sessions).
Session 1:
Numerical Ability – for 20 Questions – 60 Marks.
Reasoning – for 20 Questions – 60 Marks.
Time: 45 minutes.
Note: No Negative Marking.
Session 2:
General Awareness – For 25 Questions – 75 Marks.
English – For 25 Questions – 75 Marks.
Time: 45 Minutes.
Note: For every WRONG Answer 1 Mark Deducted.
Physical Test (PET & PST) – For Havaldar Post only.
Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
Male: Walking – 1600 meters in 15 Minutes.
Female: Walking – 1 KM 20 minutes
Physical Standard Test (PST)

Male – 157.5 cm
Female – 152 cm
Chest (for male only)
76 cm (unexpansed) Compulsory
Weight (only for female):

Exam Dates:
Notification released date: June 26th 2025.
Application Last Date: July 24th 2025.
Fee Payment Date: July 25th 2025.
Correction Window: July 29-31.
Admit Card: In September.

How will be Selection Process?
Paper – 1 CBT : for posts

How much is the Pay Scale?
For SSC MTS & Havaldar posts as per 7th Pay commission – Pay Level-1 Benefits.
Salary:
Basic Pay: 18,000 – 22,000
Including HRA, DA, TA gets about 28000-40000 rupees.
